Noesis Promotes From Within and Invests in New Talent


PARSIPPANY, NJ--(Marketwire - October 22, 2008) - Noesis, a professional advertising and promotion unit of CommonHealth whose platform is "Good Thinking" and whose name is derived from the Greek word meaning "to think," today announced seven promotions and two new hires.

Promotions

Denise Gianotti has been elevated from director of operations to vice president, director of operations. Ms. Gianotti will oversee production of the agency's projects from inception to completion, ensure regulatory compliance and monitor budgets. She has been with Noesis for three years.

Tina Simitz has been promoted from vice president, account supervisor, to vice president, account group supervisor, responsible for driving strategy on multiple brands. Her core responsibilities will also include ensuring successful program implementation and the supervision of the account team. Ms. Simitz has been employed with Noesis since 2003.

Tracy Bender has advanced from group copy supervisor to vice president, associate creative director. In her new role, Ms. Bender's core responsibilities will include directing workflow on various accounts, writing copy, and supervising junior writers. Ms. Bender has been a Noesis employee for two years. Previously, she tenured with two other CommonHealth units for a total of twelve years.

Teresa Kyle and Jessica Skowyra have both been elevated from senior copywriters to copy supervisors. Ms. Kyle and Ms. Skowyra will be responsible for developing and overseeing launches of their designated brands. Both Ms. Kyle and Ms. Skowyra have been employed with Noesis for two years.

Megan Benjamin has advanced from account executive to senior account executive, overseeing all day-to-day responsibilities on her designated accounts to ensure that clients' needs are met. Ms. Benjamin has been employed with Noesis for almost four years.

Michael Kaiser has been promoted to production artist from his previous position of account coordinator. In his new position, Mr. Kaiser will be responsible for preparing digital mechanicals for disk release to vendors. Mr. Kaiser has been at Noesis for more than a year.

New Hires

Brooke Positan joins Noesis as a copy supervisor. As copy supervisor, Ms. Positan will drive and manage the copy aspects of the launch of her assigned brand. Previously, Ms. Positan worked as a senior copywriter for Integrated Communications, a healthcare communications company located in Parsippany.

Kristen Cecire comes to Noesis as an account coordinator. In this role, Ms. Cecire will be responsible for routing jobs through the agency from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. Prior to joining Noesis, Ms. Cecire worked in retail at Learning Express Toys in Verona.
