Nomad International Inc., a VOIP Technology Provider, Concludes Agreement With Galaxy Telecom

VANCOUVER, BC -- (MARKET WIRE) -- June 21, 2005 -- Nomad International Inc. (OTC: NDIN) announced today that it has signed a Partner Agreement with Galaxy Telecom to deliver VOIP connectivity and a provisioning/billing platform using the SIP transportation protocol.

Galaxy Telecom enables Nomad to deliver Telecommunication services immediately on a wholesale basis to ISPs, Cable Companies and other service providers that want to add telecommunication services. The Nomad network will extend to service providers in North America, Europe as well as many other parts of the world that allow VOIP services. The Nomad Network will immediately facilitate these providers to offer to their customers cost-effective voice services with very little capital expenditure. The Nomad Network will allow Telecom grade services on either a peer-to-peer or peer-to-public switched telephone network basis and includes soft phone services. The network currently uses broadband access for connectivity but is already testing network access from dial up Analogue Telephone Adaptors. Dial-up services are expected to begin in the fall.

This transaction is significant for Nomad International Inc. as it allows the Company to fast track its goal to provide quality VOIP services internationally.
