Nomadix and Guest-Tek Settle Internet Gateway Patent Litigation

Agreements Include License to Nomadix' Internet Access Patents

AGOURA HILLS, CA--(Marketwire - March 4, 2011) - Nomadix, Inc. announced today that it has settled the patent infringement suit it brought against Guest-Tek Interactive Entertainment Ltd. and Guest-Tek Interactive Entertainment Inc. before the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.

Nomadix and Guest-Tek™ agreed to settle the pending litigation in December 2010 and on February 25, 2011 filed with the court the necessary papers to end the litigation. The resolution includes an on-going patent license arrangement. The terms of the settlement and licenses remain undisclosed.
