Non-Invasive Monitoring Systems, Inc. NIMS Enters Marketing and Distribution Agreement With Gemedica in the Dominican Republic for AT-101 Motion Platform

NORTH BAY VILLAGE, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- June 22, 2006 -- Gary Macleod, Chief Executive Officer, of NIMS (OTCBB: NIMU) announced "that Non-Invasive Monitoring Systems, Inc. recently entered into an agreement with General Médica de Imágenes CxA (GEMEDICA)" with an official address at Calle 8 #5 El Cacique, Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic to distribute NIMS's patent protected AT-101 Motion Platform and future home version of the AT-101 throughout the Dominican Republic.

Macleod stated, "Gemedica has a substantial and highly effective marketing and sales presence in the medical device distribution sector in the Dominican Republic and Latin America." Gemedica is a full line distributor of General Electric Medical Systems (Imaging equipment), GE-Marquette (Monitors and Cardiac products), Medrad (Injectors), Given Imaging, Radiometer (Blood gas analyzers), Cook (Catheters) and NONIN Medical (Spo2 monitors).

Mr. Macleod stated that, "This agreement reflects our Strategy to license our proprietary products to the global marketplace and we look forward to building a long-term working relationship with Gemedica."

Dr. Marvin Sackner, Chairman of NIMS, further stated that the AT-101 is a unique example of devices now being used in Vibratory Medicine. In contrast, with other devices currently being marketed, the subject on the AT-101, lies comfortably on a mattress and receives passive muscular vibration.
