This is the fifth office for the practice, as they also provide care in Norfolk, Hampton, Suffolk, and Carrollton. Board-certified ophthalmologists Jay Starling, MD and Dayna Lago, MD will head the new office, though the practice's other eye doctors may see patients on an as-needed basis.

The decision to expand has come with the growth of Virginia Eye Consultants. With several patients already located in Virginia Beach, the eye doctors say this was the perfect area to open a new office.
