  • Sept. 12, Princeton, at two events for new graduate students at Princeton University. The first as part of the Short Course Financial Markets for Public Policy Professionals for new Masters program students put on by the Julis-Rabinowitz Center for Public Policy and Finance, which promotes research and teaching in financial markets and the macro economy with the aim of improving the design and implementation of public policies. The second for new Masters of Finance Students at Princeton's Bendheim Center for Finance, an Interdisciplinary Center for Excellence in research on finance and economics.

About Norm Champ:

Norm Champ (http://normchamp.com/ @NormBChamp) is the former Director of the Division of Investment Management at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). He will be teaching his Investment Management course at Harvard Law School in the fall, having just completed a term as Visiting Scholar. Before joining the SEC in 2010, Mr. Champ was Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Chilton Investment Company, an investment adviser to long/short equity hedge funds and managed accounts. Mr. Champ has an A.B., summa cum laude, in History from Princeton University and a J.D., cum laude, from Harvard Law School. He was a Fulbright Scholar at King's College London where he received his M.A. in War Studies. Prior to joining Chilton in 1999, Mr. Champ was with the law firm of Davis Polk & Wardwell.
