Norpac Technologies, Inc. Announces $1.575 Million Private Placement

BELLINGHAM, WASHINGTON--(Marketwire - June 18, 2008) - Norpac Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB:NRPT) ("Norpac") is pleased to announce that its Board of Directors has approved an offering on a private placement basis, of up to 10,500,000 units at a price of $0.15 per unit. Each unit will consist of one common share and one share purchase warrant, with each warrant entitling the holder to purchase an additional common share at a price of $0.20 per share for a period of two years from closing. The offering will be made to non-US persons in reliance of Regulation S of the United States Securities Act of 1933. The proceeds of the offering will be used for general corporate purposes and, subject to closing of the Cellynx acquisition, to provide working capital for the Cellynx cell phone signal amplification business. There is no assurance that any units will be sold under the offering.
