TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Jan. 5, 2011) - Norstar Securities Trust ("Norstar", the "Trust", the "Company") announces the resignation of Mr. Charles Simon as Trustee of Norstar Securities Trust, effective immediately.

Mr Warren Hawkins will employ the role of Trustee for Norstar Securities Trust, pending shareholder approval, at the upcoming Shareholders Meeting.
