North American Panel Manufacturer Chooses Movex to Chop Down Supply Chain Inefficiencies

Intentia Provides Technology Foundation to Support ATC Panel's Aggressive Growth and Integration Plans

SCHAUMBURG, IL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- October 19, 2005 -- Intentia, the global enterprise solutions provider for the manufacturing, distribution and maintenance industries, announced today that ATC Panels has licensed Intentia's Movex to support its aggressive growth plans in the wood panel manufacturing industry. Movex is Intentia's core Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) Application Suite.

ATC Panels is a Moncure, NC-based subsidiary of Aconcagua Holdings who will use Movex in five North American manufacturing facilities. The Movex solution will replace a disparate group of internally developed and packaged software products resulting from five acquisitions in the past year.

"Like many companies, we have a variety of software platforms as a result of acquisitions and we needed to quickly standardize on a forward-looking solution," says Fito Salman, Chief Financial Officer of ATC Panels. "Movex gives us the flexibility and function to create a unified solution both now and as we continue to grow."

The company also licensed several other Intentia products, including: MovexSMS, a sales force automation system; eSales, an online business solution; and Business Performance Warehouse, an enterprise performance management tool.

"Clearly, ATC Panels understands the need for an integrated solution such as Movex for its existing business operations," said David Rode, President and Chief Executive Officer of Intentia Americas. "But more importantly, they are readying the company with the structure and the means for significant continued growth."
