VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - June 27, 2013) - North American Tungsten Corporation Ltd. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:NTC) is pleased to announce that it has received TSX Venture Exchange approval for the issuance of an aggregate 5,000,000 common share purchase warrants (the "Warrants") to two directors in connection with the previously announced extension of the Company's CAD$12,000,000 working capital loan facility (see the News Release dated June 16, 2013). Each Warrant is exercisable for one common share of the Company at an exercise price of $0.20 per common share. The Warrants will expire on June 30, 2014.
