North Bay CA Re-elected District Association President

Amanda Wallace Leads Local Chartered Accountants

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Sept. 19, 2011) - North Bay Chartered Accountant and prominent business leader Amanda Wallace, CA, has been re-elected President of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario's North Bay & District CA Association. The District Association is the CA profession's local presence and organizes activities that benefit local Chartered Accountants and the community at large.

In addition to helping to serve, represent and provide fellowship among local CAs, the District Association also helps bring the Institute's many programs to its members, while also organizing important community events, such as tax clinics for people with low incomes.

A CA since 2007, Amanda has been in an educational role for the last four years teaching both at the college and university level. She is currently teaching and developing online courses for college and university students. Amanda continues to mentor accounting students through the process of becoming a designated professional.
