North Country Gold Corp. Grants Stock Options

EDMONTON, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - March 26, 2015) - North Country Gold Corp. (TSX VENTURE:NCG) ("North Country" or the "Company") announced today that it granted stock options to officers and directors to purchase up to an aggregate of 4,400,000 common shares of North Country under the Company's stock option plan. The stock options are exercisable at a price of $0.10 per share, which vest immediately and expire on March 26, 2020.

North Country's primary asset is the gold-rich Committee Bay Greenstone Belt located 180 kilometres ("km") northeast of the Agnico Eagle's Meadowbank gold mine in Nunavut Canada. It is one of the largest under-explored greenstone belts in Canada with numerous drill-ready high-grade gold targets.
