In 2013 alone NEO expanded into four markets and their Manager Kyle was chosen to speak at the Regional Leadership Conference in Chicago. Kyle, originally from Brenham, Texas, grew up playing roller hockey, soccer and cross country. Kyle attended the local community college in Brenham before moving on to Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas. A year and a half later he realized school wasn't for him and started interviewing for a career with growth and opportunity. After a short search, Kyle found a position in the insurance industry. He started in insurance as a manager trainee, and moved to Houston, Texas then Atlanta, Georgia and finally Columbus, Ohio with the company. Getting burnt out with insurance, Kyle wanted more out of a career with opportunities to advance. Joining the company and immediately excelling with the manager in training position, Kyle started managing the Ohio branch in only five months. In 2012 Kyle was nominated Rookie Manager of the Year. In 2014 alone North East Ohio Marketing Group projects expanding six more times.
