North Shore Music Theatre Leverages Paciolan's Ticketing Solution

Newly Re-Opened Theater Will Save Time and Streamline Operations With Paciolan's Online eVenue Solution

IRVINE, CA and BEVERLY, MA--(Marketwire - September 17, 2010) - Paciolan, a leading provider of ticketing, marketing and fundraising solutions in performing arts, announced today that North Shore Music Theatre ("NSMT") will leverage the company's ticketing solution to manage and sell tickets for their 2010 musical season. With 70 percent of the 2009 subscribers re-subscribed in 2010 and increased Internet sales of 10 percent, eVenue allows NSMT to streamline operations by selling more tickets online. The solution will also make it easier for patrons to purchase their tickets by alleviating the need to wait in line at the box office.

"Paciolan offered the ideal option to quickly organize our business and get our highly anticipated 2010 season off the ground," said Suzanne Kendall, director of patron services. "With a smaller staff, the ability to do online sales is a huge benefit that helps automate our ticketing process -- a benefit to both patrons and our box office."

In the fall, NSMT will also be implementing season ticket renewals, as well as handling new subscriptions online, single ticket purchases and offering a special designer ticket series.

NSMT, which was established in 1955, has become one of New England's most popular theaters with approximately 250,000 patrons annually. The theater's upcoming 2010 performances for the season will feature classic, contemporary and much-loved Broadway favorites, including "Dirty Rotten Scoundrels," "A Chorus Line," and "A Christmas Carol."

"It's wonderful to continue working with North Shore Music Theatre and to enable them to sell tickets for their exciting 2010 season," said Dave Butler, chief executive officer of Paciolan. "Our industry-leading ticketing, marketing and fundraising solutions are a great asset to performing arts venues and allow owners and managers to focus on creating an exceptional entertainment experience for their patrons."
