(TSX:NWC) ("North West") will hold its annual meeting of shareholders on Wednesday, June 6, 2012 at 11:30 a.m. (Central Daylight Time) (the "Meeting") at the Grand Ballroom, The Fort Garry Hotel, 222 Broadway, Winnipeg, Manitoba. Shareholders of North West are invited to attend the Meeting, where there will be an opportunity to ask questions and meet management and North West's Directors.
