North West Oil Group Inc. to Host Representatives of Jewett, Schwartz, Wolfe and Associates

Company's Auditors to Conduct a Site Visit of Company Operations in Russia

MOSCOW--(Marketwire - November 9, 2007) - North-West Oil Group Inc. (PINKSHEETS: NWOL) today announced that members of the company's auditing firm, Jewett, Schwartz, Wolfe and Associates have accepted an invitation to visit the company, its management and its operations in Russia. Although a definitive date has not been established, plans call for the visit to be conducted as soon as schedules permit.

Mr. Malyshev, President of North West Oil Group Inc., stated, "We're very excited to have members of our American auditing team coming to visit us. Although we firmly believe that once the audited financial statements of the company are issued with the accountant's report thereon we can reaffirm the compelling underlying value of the company, we encourage the auditors to conduct a site visit, in person, of our operations and offices to see our assets and operations of our two subsidiaries NWOG-Saratov and Neftegazenergo."

Mr. Malyshev further stated, "Like our investors, we as management have a vested interest in building sustainable shareholder value. We're keenly aware of the volatility in our company's shares over recent weeks. Although we clearly can not control the price of our stock, we continue to work diligently towards providing the transparency investors need to make informed investment decisions. We believe today's announcement combined with the ongoing audit of our company's financials and our soon to be opened representative New York office are all positive steps in the right direction and in line with previously stated plans."
