North-West Oil Group Sets Up Investor Relations Services

MOSCOW -- (MARKET WIRE) -- December 19, 2006 -- North-West Oil Group (PINKSHEETS: NWOG) (FRANKFURT: CXIA) has signed an Agreement with MCS Global Strategies providing investor relations services. According to the agreement, MCS Global Strategies on January 2, 2007 will open an international telephone line and provide an email address in order to answer incoming questions thereby enhancing information to shareholders. North-West Oil Group will continue to issue news releases and updates 1-2 times each week in both German and United States exchanges.

MCS Global Strategies was founded in 1998 to provide international financial communications and investor relations and specializes in companies in financial services, oil, metals, retail and other major industry sectors. In 2004 MCS formed a strategic alliance with Capital MS&L in London which is one of the Publicis Group network of companies.
