WINDSOR, CO--(Marketwire - February 22, 2011) - Martin Lind, president of Water Valley Land Co., has chosen to sell a portion of his Northern Colorado real estate portfolio at auction. The auction will consist of 30 properties with over 100 offerings and will take place on March 17 at the Loveland Embassy Suites, which is within three miles of several of the commercial parcels to be sold. Eleven of the properties will sell absolute with no minimums and no reserves.
Lind's portfolio includes several income-producing properties such as a Perkins Restaurant in Loveland and the Water Valley Village Retail Buildings, which include a Subway, a liquor store, tanning salon, restaurant, coffee shop and a day care, which are all currently leased.
Four luxury residential homes in Windsor will also be offered on auction day. Each home is brand new, and two of the homes sit on waterfront lots. Other commercial lots and retail sites will be offered, along with the partially-leased Diamond Valley Flex Industrial Building in Windsor.
"We have decided to move our company's energy and resources back to its core project, which is the Water Valley resort community," said Lind. "Within Water Valley itself, we have over 30 years of developing remaining and believe that is where our focus should be."
The auction, which will be conducted at a live event, will also offer a simulcast, allowing remote bidders to participate online. Lind will offer guaranteed seller financing for interested buyers.
