Northern Tiger Resources Closes Yukon Gold Property Option Agreement

EDMONTON, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - July 7, 2010) - Northern Tiger Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:NTR) announces that it has received TSX Venture Exchange acceptance for the Option Agreement to acquire the DEET Property, as described in the news release dated June 22, 2010.

Pursuant to the Option Agreement, Northern Tiger made a cash payment of $15,000 and issued 125,000 shares to 37999 Yukon Inc. The shares are subject to a 4-month resale restriction expiring on October 31, 2010.
