Northern Virginia's Go-To Corporate Caterer Releases Its Holiday Menu Just in Time for Thanksgiving

A la carte Fall Specials range from creamy Butternut Squash Bisque guaranteed to warm the chilliest Fall day and whet the appetite, to fruit-and-shallot-Stuffed Pork Tenderloin; Pan-Seared Chicken Breast, served with sweet potato cream sauce, butternut risotto, and roasted root vegetables; Herb-Roasted Beef Medallions; and Chipotle Honey Glazed Grilled Salmon, too.
