Northfield Capital Corporation-In Memoriam, William O. S. Ballard (1946-2014)

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - March 20, 2014) - It is with heavy hearts that we, at Northfield Capital Corporation ("Northfield") (TSX VENTURE:NFD.A) mourn the passing of Mr. William Ballard. Bill passed away on March 14, 2014. Bill served as a Director of Northfield for 13 years and also served as a member of Northfield's audit committee.

Not only was Bill a valued investor and Board member, he was a long-time friend and confidant of the entire team and especially its president, Robert Cudney.
