Northstar Electronics Appoints Harry Davis to Its Board of Directors

VANCOUVER, BC--(Marketwire - March 25, 2008) - Northstar Electronics, Inc. (OTCBB: NEIK) announces that Mr. Harry Davis, B.SC., P.Eng., joins its Board of Directors.

Mr. Davis brings substantial experiences in design and implementation of vertically integrated businesses in the telecommunications, broadcast, cable television and proprietary software industries, holding senior positions with large, medium and small enterprises. He has worked in engineering for Canadian General Electric and was Vice President-Research and Engineering at Premier Cablesystems Ltd., formerly Canada's largest cable company.

Mr. Davis has been President & CEO of two university companies which developed and commercialized technologies arising from research and development carried out in the Universities. He has also been CEO of a technology and licensing company specializing in the fields of data transmission and high quality computer server applications. He has owned and operated two successful consulting companies with major projects in Canada, the United States and Great Britain.

Mr. Davis has recently resigned as Vice President, Finance and Operations, of University Canada West (UCW), Canada's first private, for-profit University. He will continue his consulting work with technological companies through his wholly owned consulting firm, H K Davis & Associates Limited.
