Notable Solutions Launches NSi Output Manager for Secure Office and Enterprise Print

Integrated Platform Simplifies the Exchange of Information Across the Entire Information Lifecycle

ROCKVILLE, MD--(Marketwired - Oct 15, 2013) - Notable Solutions, a leading provider in secure information collection and output management solutions, announced today the availability of NSi™ Output Manager™, an integrated print management solution suited for office and enterprise environments in need of a convenient and secure way to control the production and delivery of printed information.

"NSi Output Manager complements Notable Solutions' strengths in print and electronic document capture with an integrated print management solution designed for all customers who want to reduce costs and improve operating efficiencies," said Gabriel Schwartzman, Notable Solutions Vice President of Output Management. "So whether the information originates on a mobile device, mainframe, desktop or an office MFP, Notable Solutions provides oversight over the entire information lifecycle, ensuring security and integrity throughout the complete chain of custody."

NSi Output Manager for Office Environments
NSi Output Manager provides office customers with secure print capabilities to help ensure true accountability of all output and offers a convenient means to print sensitive documents "on-demand" to an office printer. To ensure confidential information is not compromised, print requests are held in a print queue and are only deployed when the authorized user releases them. Authentication is completed on the front panel of the device with their username and password or company issued security card. Regardless of whether the document was printed from a coworker's desktop or a back office system, NSi Output Manager dramatically improves the efficiency of the output environment, helps to reduce unnecessary printing, and ensures mission critical documents are printed at the right place, at the right time.

NSi Output Manager for Campus-wide or Geographically Dispersed Enterprises
For larger campus-wide offices or enterprises, NSi Output Manager provides the same secure pull-print capabilities as the office version with the additional benefits of printing to any networked device across the organization regardless of where the print submission originated.

Additionally, customers can control what each user can or cannot do at the device by leveraging NSi Output Manager's rules based printing capabilities which can automatically recommend a more optimized solution or the appropriate printer for the project. NSi Output Manager also reduces printing costs by enforcing designated user roles based, as an example, on the person's group, department or title.

Compatible with mixed fleets of printers and Multi-function Devices (MFDs), NSi Output Manager also monitors the printing infrastructure with real-time, statistical displays of printing resources and schedules email reports for full detailed accounts of printing usage. Particularly useful for large enterprises and revenue driving production print environments, NSi Output Manager can also guarantee business continuity in the case of a fail over by automatically re-routing a print job to a back-up printer.

Finally, NSi Output Manager is seamlessly integrated with NSi™ AutoStore®, the company's flagship secure information collection solution. As a result, it can dramatically improve the management of backend application print streams such as those coming from mainframes, Unix, Linux, AS/400, SAP, Peoplesoft, Epic, and others. Customers can incur significant savings by converting high-volume print jobs from a mainframe system and delivering them as an electronic file that is fully searchable.

Ubiquitous Access via NSi Mobile
Notable Solutions has also extended the capabilities of NSi Output Manager to remote users via NSi™ Mobile™, the company's award winning productivity app for mobile workforces. With NSi Mobile, remote workers have the flexibility to submit a print job using their smartphone or tablet. When they are ready to output the file, they simply use NSi Mobile to scan the QR code located on the printer or locate the closest device using NSi Mobile's mapping capabilities. With NSi Mobile, customers benefit from the only solution to completely integrate mobile print submission and output across the enterprise.

"NSi Output Manager is as much about achieving greater participation in workflow automation and capturing print streams as it is about driving documents to printers and managing MFPs. In fact, the more an organization needs to do in the area of print and capture, the more we have to offer them," continued Schwartzman. "At the end of the day, it's all about solving our customer's needs. By integrating NSi Output Manager with the NSi AutoStore and NSi Mobile frameworks, customers can benefit from a true end-to-end secure solution. I believe we have completely changed the competitive landscape and look forward to pushing the envelope even more."

NSi Output Manager will be available in November. More information can be found on the Notable Solutions' web site at:
