Notable Solutions Presents Secure Information Collection and Process Automation Solutions at FOSE 2013

NSi AutoStore and NSi Mobile Enhance Security and Reduce Operating Costs for Federal Agencies

ROCKVILLE, MD--(Marketwired - May 14, 2013) -  Notable Solutions, Inc. (NSi), a leading provider of paper and electronic document capture and output management solutions, announced today it is showcasing the Company's secure information exchange and delivery solutions for US federal agencies at FOSE 2013 at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center, Booth #819 in Washington, D.C. Currently deployed within many government agencies, NSi will provide attendees with hands-on examples of how its flagship software product, NSi™ AutoStore® seamlessly extends any agency document workflow to the devices government personnel use to complete tasks. The company will also demonstrate how NSi™ Mobile™, its award-winning platform for Android and iOS devices, provides a way to use tablets and other smart mobile devices to securely deliver documents, photos and other information back into the business process.

NSi AutoStore automates the secure flow of information from electronic and paper documents through secure print, scan and fax capabilities. It easily integrates with government specific systems such as AHLTA and VistA for improved electronic medical records processing, automated capture solutions for securing human resource and case file records, and applications such as Microsoft SharePoint for document workflow connectivity. NSi AutoStore also delivers enhanced security and mitigates risk through user Common Access Card credentialing, document encryption, business process audit trails, outbound fax number validation and more.

"In light of today's increased budgetary constraints, federal agencies must replace complex, error prone manual processes and try to gain efficiencies with business automation. Yet, security of the information is still critical," said Mike Morper, Vice President of Marketing, NSi. "NSi's proven solutions enable government customers to easily reengineer their document-based business processes into streamlined, cost-effective automated workflows and minimize the risks associated with content sharing."

Currently deployed to several government agencies, including the Department of Justice, Department of State and USDA, NSi is also supporting electronic records activities at several U.S. Army and Navy sites and more than 30 VA medical centers throughout the U.S., and manages enterprise capture capabilities for DOD's Healthcare Artifact and Image Management Solution (HAIMS) project. NSi AutoStore is also automating manual processes at the National Cancer Center, a division of NIH, to help provide more timely and secure dissemination of research information. Earlier this year, NSi successfully passed 100 percent of its HL7 C-CDA based exchanges and demonstrated interoperability with leading Electronic Health Record (EHR) applications during the Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise (IHE) North American 2013 Connectathon.
