Notari Associates Architects Selected to Design New Frederick Office Building

New Commercial Office Facility Will Offer 120,000-Sq.Ft. Corporate Office Space

FREDERICK, MD -- (MARKET WIRE) -- May 7, 2007 -- Notari Associates, a leading architectural, planning and interior design firm headquartered in Baltimore, Maryland, has recently been selected to design the Ballenger Center, a new four-story, 120,000-sq.ft. commercial office building located in Frederick, Maryland.

The developer, Heritage Properties, Inc., of Towson, Maryland, selected Notari Associates from a pool of six architectural firms to design the proposed office building, which will sit on a six-acre site. The Ballenger Center Office Building will offer Class "A" office space with an unmatched visibility and clear-cut access to the I-70 corridor.

Notari Associates has begun pre-construction discussions, including cost estimates and design development with the construction manager, Morgan Keller Construction, and Heritage Properties. Notari will accommodate an aggressive design schedule and will incorporate several innovative design ideas into the architectural plan. The aesthetic of the office building will incorporate the vernacular architecture of Frederick and the use of brick with stone accents. With this mix of modern and traditional design as well as an excellent location, Heritage hopes to attract businesses from the District of Columbia's metropolitan area and the I-270 corridor.

Construction is anticipated to begin in May 2008.
