The  Directors  of the Company announce that the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be  held  on  20
September 2011 at 11.00 am at the Hotel Kilkenny, College Road, Kilkenny City, Republic of Ireland.

Notice of the AGM, a form of proxy and the Annual Report and Accounts for the period ended 30 September 2010
(the "Documents") have been posted to shareholders.

Copies  of the Documents will be available for inspection for a period of one month from today's date, free  of
charge, from the Company's registered office at: 4th Floor, 8-34 Percy Place, Dublin 4, Republic of Ireland.
