Novacea to Present at the Cowen and Company 27th Annual Health Care Conference

SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- March 8, 2007 -- Novacea, Inc. (NASDAQ: NOVC) today announced that John P. Walker, the company's chairman and interim chief executive officer, will be presenting a company overview at the upcoming Cowen and Company 27th Annual Health Care Conference at the Marriott Copley Place in Boston. The presentation will be webcast live at 8 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) on Tuesday, March 13, 2007.
