Novori Inc. (OTCBB: NOVO) Announces a 2-for-1 Common Stock Split

BELLINGHAM, WA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- February 5, 2007 -- Novori Inc. (OTCBB: NOVO) - - announced today that its Board of Directors approved a 2-for-1 common stock split effected in the form of a stock dividend payable on February 16, 2007 to stockholders of record as of February 9, 2007.
