About Novotel

Beginning with its first property in Lille Lesquin, France in 1967, Novotel has grown by applying a simple and innovative idea: modern, comfortable accommodation combined with restaurants, room to work and room to relax. The first brand to introduce the concept of modern chain hotels to France, Novotel now operates a network of 409 hotels and 69,255 rooms in 56 countries and is the world's largest hotel chain outside North America. Novotel launched its new natural design concept and slogan "Novotel, designed for natural living" in October 2006 to showcase its new generation of hotels. The campaign presents a series of visuals that associate wild animals with each step in the traveller's stay. In Canada, Novotel operates seven hotels - Novotel Toronto Mississauga, Novotel Toronto North York, Novotel Toronto Centre, Novotel Toronto Airport, Novotel Ottawa, Novotel Montreal Centre and Novotel Montreal Airport.
