The NOW Corporation 50% With Joint Venture Partner Organizes Team of Medical Professional Consultants on Hemp and Agriculture Farming Operation & Medical Marijuana

PORTLAND, OR--(Marketwired - Dec 10, 2014) - THE NOW CORPORATION (OTC: NWPN) (the Company of NOW) is pleased to announce that the joint venture partner with a Family Trust holding title to 10,000 acres of land zoned for agricultural purposes located near Grand Junction, Colorado, where The Now Corporation holds the right to earn up to 50% interest in a farming operation that will be cultivating, harvesting and distributing cannabis products for the medicinal marijuana industry, has been informed by the joint venture partner that they have organized a team of medical professionals who have agreed to join on as health-care consultants for the purpose of providing medical oversight for the production and promotion of the project.

Mr. Brian Sims states, "With such a medical team of professionals added this will complete the competence required to bring finished product to market and will provide credibility in the medical industry."

Management from The Now Corporation and the management from the wind turbine technology company have discussed a new arrangement whereby The Now Corporation will have the rights for marketing, distribution for all wind categories and unlimited territory to offer the wind turbine technology to all agriculture hemp and medical marijuana facilities around the world.

The Company plans to integrate its two businesses by providing the technology and equipment to generate and provide power for its farming operation. NOW plans to utilize this planned commercial farming facility to showcase the effectiveness and economic benefits of incorporating a power source that is independent of conventional power grids with the wind turbine technology discussed in previous news releases.

This new non-exclusive agreement with the wind turbine technology will allow management to pursue the numerous hemp growers and medical marijuana operations with a way to economically power their plants with an alternative and competitive power source and especially where established electric power grid lines are lacking in the many growing and processing areas. This is to be completed in the next 30 days.
