The NPD Group Partners With Slice Intelligence to Deliver Comprehensive View of Online Commerce

Partnership Will Deliver Definitive Metrics on Ecommerce Market Share, Size and Trend

PALO ALTO, CA, and PORT WASHINGTON, NY--(Marketwired - Feb 26, 2015) - As retailers closed on the largest ecommerce holiday shopping season in history, global information company The NPD Group announced that it has partnered with Slice Intelligence to provide the most comprehensive, retailer-independent ecommerce data available.

The data will be classified using NPD's industry-standard product dictionaries, and validated by NPD's benchmark databases.

As part of the partnership, NPD and Slice Intelligence will also collaborate on a series of co-branded scorecards that will provide quick access to vital market statistics covering market share, size and trend.
