NS8 Corporation Addresses Involuntary Listing on the
Berlin Stock Exchange

SEATTLE, WASHINGTON--(CCNMatthews - March 21, 2005) - NS8 Corporation
("NS8Corp", the "Company") (OTCBB:NSEO) announces that it has been made
aware that its shares have been listed, without its knowledge or
consent, on the Berlin-Bremen Stock Exchange (the "Berlin Exchange").
The Company has sent a letter to Berliner Freiverkehr, the German
brokerage firm responsible for the Company's involuntary listing,
demanding that it immediately commence the application required to
de-list the Company's shares from the Berlin Exchange.

The listing appears to have been timed to coincide with the new
anti-naked shorting regulation, Reg. SHO, which came into effect on
April 1, 2004. From research conducted by the Company, it appears that
this listing has created a "loophole" by creating a sham arbitrage
between European and US markets.

The Company intends to vigorously pursue the delisting of its shares
from the Berlin Exchange and assures investors that it will remain
diligent to the possibility of other "back door" listings in future.
