nSight Announces Second eLearning Webinar Focused on Solving Corporate Learning Challenges

"Velocity"-Themed Webinar Will Address How to Rapidly Respond to Changing Learning Needs

BURLINGTON, MA--(Marketwire - November 11, 2010) - nSight Inc., a content development and communications services firm, today announced that the second in the company's series of three corporate eLearning Webinars will focus on how to rapidly respond to emerging learning needs.

Presented by Lee Stayton, nSight's Vice President of eLearning Services, the Webinar is titled, "Velocity," and will demonstrate how to bring together multidisciplinary teams in ways to achieve rapid and creative redevelopment of content, and its deployment. The Webinar will be held Nov. 17, at 2:00 p.m. ET.

The theme of the Webinar series is, "The Three Vs of Corporate eLearning Content: Vision, Velocity and Value." The series covers best practices on how to create engaging eLearning content based on instructional design, lesson planning, and course development techniques.

"Business success is determined by an organization's ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances, whether those be increased competition or changing customer expectations, government regulation, or even cultural and generational evolution," Stayton said. "In this Webinar, we will show strategies that learning leaders can use to be more effective, including adapting to new approaches in a way that best addresses your company's learning needs."

This Webinar will cover:

  • What "rapid" is and is not
  • How to respond rapidly to emerging learning needs
  • Why learning and training leaders must see their role differently
  • Adopting an Agile manifesto for learning
  • The "real world" business application of learning theory and methods
  • Catalyzing rapid adaption of learning content to meet business challenges

Part one of the series, "Vision," held in October, focused on understanding "the big picture" of eLearning, and how the quality of the content of an eLearning program drives its adoption or failure.

Part three, "Value," will discuss output options, and how to deliver the right information at the right time, maximizing the value to the learner no matter what type of medium they are using to consume the information.
