HOUSTON, TX--(Marketwire - January 13, 2011) -  SatMAX Corporation (PINKSHEETS: SATM), a leading global provider of wireless, non-line-of-sight satellite communications products and services to the $49 billion ground-based satellite communications industry, announced today that Nsite, LLC, a Maryland-based service-disabled veteran owned defense contractor with over 25 years' experience in project management, system design, system management, custom software development, and software integration will now join SatMAX's prestigious client list. Nsite has an impressive list of its own clients, including the United States Army, Navy and Marine Corps, U.S. Strategic Command, U.S. Dept. of Personnel Recovery, and the Department of Defense, to name a few; for a more complete list of Nsite clients please visit: http://www.nsite.info/Clients.html.

Pursuant to the company's recently announced master teaming agreement, Nsite, LLC has purchased an Alpha ECS portable media extender (repeater) for use in demonstrating SatMAX technology to Nsite customers. The SatMAX unit will also be used to develop and test Nsite satellite/cellular communications encryption technology.

Nsite intends to list SatMAX equipment on its GSA contract for purchase by Nsite's government and military customer base. Payment for the equipment has been completed and delivery is expected to take place within 30 days, marking another successful satellite repeater implementation. SatMAX has already made delivery of its products to an impressive array of prestigious clients, including ITT Corporation, SAIC, Harris Corp., and the U.S. Navy's Naval Aircraft Warfare Center.

"We are very happy to have the opportunity to work with the Nsite team," stated SatMAX Director of Technology, Ken Carlsen. "This order represents an important first step toward a productive GSA listing through Nsite. Our teaming agreement will provide military access to SatMAX® satellite voice and data communications products. Nsite's proven expertise and success with military customers gives SatMAX the marketing avenue we have been building toward."

SatMAX® patented repeater technology enables satellite communications users to quickly and easily make fully wireless voice and data communications from any non-line-of-sight location. Historically limited by the requirement for satellite communications to have line-of-sight access to orbiting satellites, with SatMAX users now have the ability to access dependable and uninterrupted wireless satellite communications. SatMAX technology, for example, enables indoor use of AT&T's new satellite-enabled smart phone.

SatMAX equipment is currently used in U.S. military installations, local emergency operations centers, and by industrial/defense companies, such as ITT, SAIC, Harris Corp., and others.
