Nsoma Announces Strategic Partnership Between ELS and NaMaYa

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwired - Feb 10, 2015) - Nsoma announces a strategic partnership between Ed Leadership SIMs ("ELS") and NaMaYa who are partnering to deliver online professional development for education leaders.

A recent article in EdWeek stated: "The principal's job has been called both the most important in a school building and the loneliest, and the stress it places on individuals is illustrated by its rapid turnover rates, especially in high-poverty schools (http://www.edweek.org/ew/articles/2015/01/21/for-principals-continuous-learning-critical-to-career.html?cmp=ENL-EU-NEWS2)."

In an effort to provide better Professional Development (PD) to build resilience and improved judgement for as many Principals as possible, Ken Spero, CEO of ELS was looking for a way to expand delivery of ELS' leadership simulations to provide enriching experience to more districts and buildings.

"Simulations are not a new way of training people, but we are developing new ways of using simulations and our Experience Design Process to developmentally engage education leaders. And we are seeing that more and more leaders need an approach to PD that is more experience-driven and flexible that is oriented to fit their challenges and busy schedules. NaMaYa gives us a technical learning platform to deliver our simulations to individuals as well as leadership teams with all the functionality needed for effective collaborative learning," Ken states.

"We have done most of our work with schools and education program organizations. When Nsoma approached us about working with ELS," says Yovel Badash, CEO of NaMaYa, "We saw the opportunity to deliver solid training content to education leaders, so all leaders have access to training opportunitiesNaMaYa is excited to work with ELS and also deliver additional learning functionality to education professionals and school district leaders."

Nsoma, the marketing arm of ELS and NaMaYa, believes this is a great partnership between two growing education companies.

Kathy Walter, CEO of Nsoma, "ELS has been introducing new methods to train education leaders and NaMaYa brings expertise in delivering learning content online through their extensive platform functionality. It's a win-win combination."
