Nu Image MedSpa Signs Bundled Deal

LAS VEGAS, NV -- (MARKET WIRE) -- April 21, 2005 -- Nu Image MedSpa Inc., soon to be a wholly owned subsidiary of Winsted Holdings, Inc. (OTC BB: WNHL), today announced that it has signed a special bundled deal for the delivery of an Ellipse I2PL Intense Pulsed Light Device and a GentleYAG. The pricing was based on the Company's rapid franchise network growth.

Candela, the distributor of the Ellipse I2PL in the U.S. through a partnership with Danish Dermatologic Development A/S (DDD), has received clearance (February 2005) from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to market its next generation Ellipse I2PL system for skin rejuvenation of vascular and pigmented abnormalities. The Ellipse successfully treats sun-damaged skin to reduce pigment and vascular disturbances by specifically heating targeted structures in the skin. It has a lightweight, ergonomically shaped hand piece that is easy to use and comfortable for both clients and operators. The Ellipse allows effective treatments of large or small body areas and is the only intense pulsed light system to feature patented I2PL technology, which reduces the risk of side effects to the surrounding skin.

GentleYAG is the fastest and most powerful Nd:YAG laser on the market for the treatment of leg and facial veins, permanent hair reduction and wrinkles. The GentleYAG is capable of removing unwanted hair on all skin types -- even tanned skin -- and is now available in single application configurations, including the GentleYAG SRT for skin rejuvenation and tightening. The advanced technology of GentleYAG is more accessible than ever thanks to Pathways -- the practitioner's path to unprecedented Choice, Flexibility and Value.

"We have reached a point in our growth cycle that major vendors are starting to take notice and their pricing proposals are reflective," noted Vice President of Operations, Dave Benjamin. "The medspa industry is mostly dominated by individual operators along with some doctor assemblies. In this fragmented group setting, large vendors with 'hot' products do not normally give any price breaks due to the fact that most medspa owners only have one or two locations and most likely will not be repeat buyers.

"When you think of the discounts we can obtain through our escalating buying power, the savings on a few essential pieces of equipment can make a difference between net profit or loss. The combination of growing economy of scale, the ability to obtain 'hot' products and equipment, coupled with medspa expertise (second to none), makes Nu Image the envy of the industry and a company to consider," concluded Benjamin.

The Nu Image MedSpa franchise business development program allows the investor to easily participate in one of the fastest growing and most lucrative sectors of the healthcare industry. With a world-class team of healthcare, spa and business professionals to provide clients with assistance in developing and operating their own medspa, Nu Image MedSpa is on the cutting edge of medspa franchising.
