ATLANTA, GA--(Marketwire - November 13, 2007) - nuBridges, the secure eBusiness authority, announced today that B2B marketing veteran Kim Addington has joined the company as Chief Marketing Officer. Addington will be responsible for all aspects of nuBridges marketing, including strategy and positioning, public relations, analyst relations, demand generation and corporate communications.

"We're excited to welcome Kim to the nuBridges executive team," said Tycho Howle, Chairman and CEO of nuBridges. "We've worked hard to lay the foundation for a successful business with the development of industry-leading secure eBusiness solutions, a solid organizational infrastructure and extraordinary customer traction. As we reviewed the strength of the nuBridges senior management team this fall, we were pleased with our depth in all areas other than Marketing. Now, we have great leadership in that critical area as well. With Kim onboard we can look forward to capitalizing on her marketing expertise and her talent for establishing integrated sales and marketing approaches to meet our aggressive growth goals."

Addington brings to nuBridges more than 20 years of executive-level marketing and operational experience building and leading marketing and business operations teams for international B2B software companies. Her broad knowledge of the enterprise software market extends across business application integration, IT infrastructure software, legacy modernization and application development tools.

"nuBridges offers me the opportunity to do what I enjoy most -- using the power of solid marketing to accelerate growth for early stage technology companies that rely on direct sales channels," said Addington. "With Tycho's vision and the enthusiastic support of nuBridges' distinguished Board of Directors, nuBridges has tremendous potential for growth."

Before joining nuBridges, Addington served for 11 years as Executive Vice President & Chief Marketing Officer at integration middleware vendor Seagull Software. Prior to Seagull, she spent 10 years at development tool vendor KnowledgeWare as Senior Vice President of Marketing, and five years as a Marketing Manager at ADP Network Services. Addington is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Gettysburg College with a BA in English.
