(St. Catharines, Ontario): NuComm International, leaders in the North American contact centre industry, signed an agreement with actv8 marketing inc., a field marketing company to provide real time access to sales data and improved communications.

NuComm's automated voice response system will allow actv8 to speed its sales reporting process, improve payroll efficiency and better manage its large distributed sales force.
The new system now makes it possible for actv8's sales reps to file reports automatically over the phone at the end of each shift, providing management with real time access to sales numbers across Ontario. Previously, sales reps were manually writing these reports and sending them to head office through interoffice mail, a process that took between two to five working days.
With NuComm's automated voice system, actv8's sales force can also now book their days off and even order their sales supplies-determining the day for delivery. In addition, the agents can receive company announcements, view sales data, get payroll information and track the progress of actual shifts while still maintaining confidentiality. This information availability helps reps better manage themselves, feel more part of the team and helps to ensure a motivated and informed workforce for the foreseeable future.
