Nudz Raises $31K on Kickstarter to Fulfill Pre-Orders of New Lingerie Line Created to Recognize Women of All Skin Tones

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwired - Aug 19, 2015) - Nudz, Inc., a lingerie start-up that is on a mission to redefine nude and banish beige as the default nude standard in the intimates industry, today announced it has successfully completed its Kickstarter campaign in support of the debut of its collection specifically designed to celebrate women of all skin tones. The company created The New Nudes™, an initial line of everyday bras and undies to color match virtually every woman's shade of skin with the perfect fit and support. The campaign, which lasted just over a month, ended today with 108 supporters contributing a total of $31,376.

Now that the Kickstarter funds have been successfully raised, the company plans to fulfill its initial orders and quickly begin to accept retail orders through the Nudz website. The company is also seeking reputable retail partners including department stores such as Nordstrom, specialty boutiques like Jenette Bras, and online retailers like Bare Necessities to reach women wherever they shop.

Inspired by the beautiful skin tones of ten well-known celebrities: Scarlett, Sofia, Adriana, Eva, Zoe, Kerry, Gabrielle, Tika, Lupita and Alek, The New Nudes incorporates shades ranging from ivory to caramel, cocoa to naturally sun-kissed and everything in between. The company's first bra is a beautifully designed, non-molded, non-padded, five-way convertible-strapless style and is initially available in sizes ranging from 30B to 38F.
