In connection with the name change, effective February 10, 2014, the Company has also changed the trading symbol of its common stock, which will continue to be traded on the OTCQB, to "EFLT". The Company is focused on the design, manufacture, and sale of 100% electric vehicles for the Essential Services Vehicle (ESV) fleet automotive market.
eFleets' Firefly® is a zero emissions electric vehicle sold to municipalities, universities, and corporations for applications including security, parking enforcement, small package delivery, airport services, and grounds maintenance. A growing number of customers are purchasing and using the Firefly® in their fleets, including The City of Berkeley, The City of Seattle, San Francisco International Airport, and Northern Virginia Community College.
