NuMobile, Inc. Discloses October Schedule to Include Meetings in Africa and China to Finalize Milestone Projects

Schedule Also Includes Smartphone Software Discussions in Shanghai

CARY, NC--(Marketwire - September 28, 2009) - NuMobile, Inc. (OTCBB: NUBL) today announced key meetings in Nairobi, Kenya and Shanghai, China scheduled for the month of October. NuMobile has planned meetings in Nairobi next week to prepare for an anticipated upcoming WiMAX project launch and additional meetings scheduled the last week of October. NuMobile is also scheduled to meet in Shanghai with its local partner to prepare for an anticipated upcoming smartphone software solution project launch. Both projects are anticipated to close before year-end. Each project is expected to be a major milestone for the Company, anticipated to elevate NuMobile's market recognition as a smartphone and mobile computing solutions provider.

Enhance Network Communication, Inc. Acquisition and Anticipated $20 Million Contract

NuMobile launched a roll-up strategy earlier this year to build a portfolio of smartphone and mobile computing software solutions. The Company recently acquired Enhance Network Communication, Inc. NuMobile has released an on-demand Webcast to discuss Enhance's network technology and sales plans through the 4th quarter of 2009. The Webcast also presents a possible $20 million contract under development, and its potential to double, that could be executed as early as year-end. Enhance has developed a proprietary large enterprise network security technology designed for managing the unique information management requirements of network delivered government services.

Second Acquisition Pending and $0.25 Suggested Fair Value Target Price Per Share

In conjunction with NuMobilie's aggressive roll-up plan, the Company has recently announced finalizing details to acquire Stonewall Networks, Inc. and an update on the previously suggested fair value target PPS of $0.25. The expected acquisition of Stonewall will further expand NuMobile's intellectual property library of smartphone and mobile computing software solutions.
