NuMobile, Inc. Launches Service in Singapore to Deliver Wireless Internet to Business Travelers and Releases Exclusive Webcast to Review YTD Sales

CARY, NC--(Marketwire - August 13, 2009) - NuMobile, Inc. (OTCBB: NUBL) today released an on-demand Webcast reviewing the Company's recently announced three-year contract to provide mobile Internet services to business travelers in Southeast Asia. NuMobile recently initiated a new business plan in an old company. In conjunction with the new business plan, NuMobile common stock was reverse split to support a rollup of smartphone and mobile computing software assets. The current issued and outstanding is less than 20 million shares. The three-year contract reviewed in the Webcast released today is anticipated to generate $250,000 in revenue for NuMobile in the first year of the contract and approximately $1 million over the life of the contract. Management considers the contract a major milestone in the Company's overall business plan.
