NuMobile, Inc. Markets Smartphone and Mobile Computing Software Solutions on 3 Emerging Market-Dominated Continents Through Greenfield Partnership Program

CARY, NC--(Marketwire - October 12, 2009) - NuMobile, Inc. (OTCBB: NUBL) has recently announced partnerships to expand the Company's sales of smartphone and mobile computing solutions into China, Latin America and East Africa. Earlier this year, NuMobile began participating in the Greenfield Partnership program, which was started to accelerate the introduction of new technologies into emerging markets around the world where technology buying is on the rise, while improving return on investment (ROI) potential. In Latin America, NuMobile recently entered into a partnership with Alternet Systems, Inc. to localize and market NuMobile solutions. Alternet offers a wide range of mobile commerce and electronic ticketing payment services and solutions.

In China, NuMobile entered into a partnership with China Crescent Enterprises, Inc. China Crescent is a systems integration service provider in China that sells and services brand name technologies such as Microsoft, Oracle, Cisco, IBM, HP and Dell in addition to selling and servicing innovative new technologies. China Crescent is also registering to provide E-Commerce services in China in part to improve its sales potential of smartphone and mobile computing solutions.

NuMobile has expanded its partnership with China Crescent to include East Africa. The two companies have entered into a partnership to combine NuMobile's smartphone and mobile computing technology solutions with China Crescent's systems integration expansion into East Africa in the launch of WiMax services in Africa. Last week, the Companies were in Nairobi, Kenya, and announced signing a letter of intent (LOI) for a mobile computing project worth approximately $1 million in potential revenue with a company in Kenya. The Companies anticipate the transaction to close in conjunction with the upcoming Trade Mission to Kenya scheduled to begin later this month.
