NuMobile, Inc. to Preview Revenue Forecast Increase in Webcast Presentation Announcing Next Acquisition Target With Over $1 Million in Current Annual Sales

CARY, NC--(Marketwire - August 19, 2009) - NuMobile, Inc. (OTCBB: NUBL) today announced the Company is expected to preview a revenue forecast increase in its upcoming on-demand Webcast scheduled for Tuesday, August 25, 2009. Board member Retired Major General Hugh G. Robinson will host the Webcast which will also include a discussion of the Company's next acquisition target with over $1 million in current annual sales.

NuMobile has launched a strategy to build a portfolio of security and software solutions for the mobile computing and smartphone market and has already executed its first acquisition agreement. In conjunction with the new business strategy, NuMobile common stock was reverse split to support a rollup of smartphone and mobile computing software assets. The current issued and outstanding is less than 20 million shares.

The National Guard and Other Milestone Business Development Events

NuMobile has also recently announced a corporate name change that represents a milestone event in its overall strategy to build a portfolio of security and software solutions for the smartphone and mobile computing market. Additionally, the Company announced entering into a three-year contract to provide mobile Internet services to business travelers in Southeast Asia. The contract is anticipated to generate $250,000 in revenue for NuMobile in the first year of the contract and approximately $1 million over the life of the contract.

In other developments, NuMobile has already announced a contract with the National Guard as a result of early sales efforts in North America and the appointment of Hugh G. Robinson, Retired Major General and former Chairman of the Dallas Federal Reserve to the Company's board of directors.

Board Member Retired Major General Hugh G. Robinson

Mr. Robinson is a former Chairman of the Dallas Federal Reserve and a retired Major General with a distinguished career serving in the United States Army. Among other prestigious posts, Mr. Robinson served as President Lyndon Johnson's military aide de camp. In addition to his public service experience, Mr. Robinson's career has included extensive executive management experience with senior positions at Southland Corporation and City Place Development Corporation. He is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and earned a Masters Degree in Civil Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). In addition to his role at NuMobile Interests, Mr. Robinson currently serves on the board of Carmax, Inc., the LBJ Foundation and the Better Business Bureau.
