(OTCBB: CCTR) Webcast on Tuesday, September 1, 2009. China Crescent plans to discuss business opportunities in Kenya and East Africa, to include WiMAX technology solutions. China Crescent has targeted Kenya and East Africa as its next foreign market expansion opportunity.

China Crescent and NuMobile have an established partnership and are working together on other projects. The two Companies recently announced launching a smartphone and mobile computing offering in China in conjunction with MobiCom 2009. China Crescent has over $40 million in annual revenue from selling technology services in China, and NuMobile has a proprietary software product offering for the smartphone and mobile computing market. China Crescent is NuMobile's exclusive partner in China helping NuMobile to expand its geographic footprint. NuMobile has recently announced entering into a three-year contract to provide mobile Internet services to business travelers in Southeast Asia. The contract is anticipated to generate $1 million over the life of the contract. The Company has also notably announced a recent contract with the National Guard.

Enhance is headquartered in Cupertino, California and currently reports approximately $1.2 million in profitable annual revenue. School districts make up the majority of Enhance's current customer base. Early product testing is currently underway with a new prospective client that could result in a major contract by year end.
