Nurses Lounge Debuts New Interactive Network at National League of Nurses Annual Conference in Phoenix and Announces Remaining 2014 Conference Schedule

DALLAS, TX--(Marketwired - Sep 30, 2014) - Nurses Lounge, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of MedCareers Group, Inc. ("MCGI" or the "Company") (OTCQB: MCGI), today announced it unveiled its new interactive network when it exhibited at the annual conference of the National League of Nurses (NLN), held September 17th-19th in Phoenix, AZ.

"It was great to finally demonstrate our new network to a live audience and be able to receive instant feedback," said Tim Armes, the President and CEO of MedCareers Group, Inc. and founder of Nurses Lounge. "NLN members are faculty and nurse educators and a very influential segment within the nursing profession. Feedback was very positive. Four schools had already signed up when our plane landed back in Dallas Friday night and the conference was still in session through Saturday."

According to Armes, there were three major benefits that attendees seemed to unanimously think were most beneficial about the new network. First was the fact that Nurses Lounge has an organization centric business model. Unlike social networks that revolve around the individual, its network was designed to use networking technology to solve real world communication problems nursing organizations face such as the need to distribute news and information direct to their nursing constituency while helping build their organizations membership.

The second Armes says is that the Nurses Lounge network assists nursing schools in building their alumni program as experienced nurses from across the country join the network and are reconnected to their alma mater through the registration process while also keeping their current students connected to them long after graduation.

And third, according to Armes, is that Nurses Lounge provides their students the ability to have an online professional profile that is separate from any other profiles on social media with their own personal Nurses Lounge URL. He says studies show that 90 percent of employers use Google to search social media sites regarding job applicants.

As a result, students can now create a positive and professional first impression with their Nurses Lounge profiles. Links to those profiles appear at or near the top of search results on Google when searched by potential employers.

Nurses Lounge also announced that it will be exhibiting this fall at numerous nursing school related events including, Alabama Association of Nursing Students conference, October 3rd - 4th in Tuscaloosa, AL, the American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN) Fall Semi-Annual Deans and Directors Conference, October 26th in Washington D.C., the National Student Nurses' Association (NSNA) Conference, November 7th - 8th in Portland Oregon, where Nurses Lounge will launch their new mobile app, and the National Organization of Associate Degree Nursing (N-OADN) to be held November 14th-15th in St Louis, MO.

The National League for Nursing is the preferred membership organization for nurse faculty and leaders in nursing education. NLN members include nurse educators, education agencies, health care agencies, and interested members of the public.

MedCareers Group, Inc.'s focus is to develop and build value through its wholly owned subsidiary Nurses Lounge, Inc., an online professional network and communication resource for nurses and stakeholder organizations such as nursing schools, associations and employers. By consolidating the profession onto one powerful but simple-to-use network, Nurses Lounge provides the tools and resources that allow organizations a more effective way to build membership and communicate directly to their audience and the broader nursing profession.
