Nurses Lounge Offers Interactive Communication Solutions to Student Nurse Associations

DALLAS, TX--(Marketwired - Nov 14, 2013) - Nurses Lounge, Inc, an online professional network for nurses and a wholly-owned subsidiary of MedCAREERS Group, Inc. ("MCGI" or the "Company") (OTCQB: MCGI), a development stage company, exhibited at the National Student Nurses Association (NSNA) Mid-year Conference held November 8th and 9th in Louisville, KY. More than 15 state student nurse associations committed to moving their communications and web presence to the Nurses Lounge. These schools join some of the largest state associations including Texas, Florida and New York that turned to Nurses Lounge in order to update their communications from a static website or Facebook page.

Additionally, Nurses Lounge announced at the NSNA meeting that they will donate $1,000 to each state association that joins and has 30 percent of their member schools adopt the Nurses Lounge as their primary communications platform.

"The Nurses Lounge provides a perfect communication solution for nursing organizations such as student nurse associations, whether at an individual school or at the state level," said Tim Armes, president and CEO of MedCAREERS GROUP, Inc. and founder of Nurses Lounge. "We create a branded interactive lounge page for the association that provides the ability to post news and events in the lounge and simultaneously emails the posts to all their members with just a few clicks.

"Student members, who first register on our network by creating a professional profile, can now interact with the information posted in their association lounge. They can add comments or questions and network with fellow student members on a professional level long after graduation," Armes added.

"What's of great value to us is that it will place us well above the tipping point for wide scale acceptance among state student nurses associations. Also, and equally important, each time a state student nurses association joins, bringing their state chapters onboard, the potential is thousands of new members coming into our network today and in the future, with little or no additional cost," Armes said.

MedCAREERS Group, Inc.'s focus is to develop and build value through its wholly-owned subsidiary Nurses Lounge, Inc., an online professional network and communication resource for nurses and stakeholder organizations such as nursing schools, associations and employers. By consolidating the profession onto one simple to use network, Nurses Lounge provides organizations a more effective way to communicate to the broader nursing profession. In turn, Nurses Lounge expects to develop a highly profitable diversified revenue model including education, employment, targeted advertising and more.
