Nurses Lounge Unveils New Hiring Solutions Programs and Pricing

DALLAS, TX--(Marketwired - Jul 13, 2015) - Nurses Lounge, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of MedCareers Group, Inc. (OTC: MCGI), today announced the release of a new Hiring Solutions program with pricing for nurse employers that better reflects its business model as a professional network for nurses.

Each organization's presence in the Nurses Lounge begins with a free interactive profile page that allows them to tell their company story and drive engagement with nurses by posting their latest news and showcasing their career opportunities with the functionality included to scale up employee referrals by allowing their nurse followers the ability to instantly share this information with nursing colleagues in our network.

"Unlike traditional job boards that have no interactivity and depend primarily on employers purchasing 30 day job postings and resume database searches, we see job postings as an extension of an employer's engagement with nurses and thus believe it is important for nurse employers to continuously maintain a large presence of all their nurse job opening instead of just a selected few. As such we have designed and priced our advertising packages accordingly," said Tim Armes, the president and CEO of MedCareers Group, Inc. and founder of Nurses Lounge.

Nurses Lounge basic packages allows a health system, for example, to consistently maintain up to 100 to 250 nursing job postings at a time with a price of only $600 to $800 a month with a 12 month contract. These packages also include banner advertising and are under $10,000 a year. A comparative number of job postings would cost well over $10,000 per month on most major job boards per their stated prices.

More nurses work at hospitals than any other type of healthcare professional. Most small to medium hospitals today have well over 25 openings for nurses, and it is not unusual to see more than 100 openings at any given time at a large hospital or small healthcare systems with three to four hospitals and a few surgery centers. "We believe there are thousands of hospitals and healthcare systems that will want to take advantage of this pricing. Especially when combined with the other important benefits received by being part of a professional network for nurses," Armes added.

Armes says as membership grows they will be adding additional highly targeted advertising programs based on education level, specialty, location and years of experience for both employers and nursing schools looking to fill their academic programs.
