Nurun Names New Senior Managers for North America

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(CCNMatthews - April 21, 2005) - Nurun inc. (TSX:IFN)

Tho Hoang and Monique Brosseau have joined Nurun respectively as Vice
President - Production and Vice President - Client Relations Canada.

Sylvain Patry is responsible for managing relationships with Quebecor
and its clients.

Nurun inc., a subsidiary of Quebecor Media Inc., specializing in
interactive communications through new technologies, announces new
appointments to its North American management team.

Nurun added several major clients to its portfolio in 2004. To sustain
this accelerated pace of development in North America, Nurun now
welcomes two seasoned senior managers to its ranks, and reinforces its
synergies with Quebecor Group.

Tho Hoang joined Nurun in December 2004 as Vice President - Production.
He supervises operations in Montreal, Toronto, and New York locations,
and is missioned with developing the company's production structures.
Tho Hoang brings more than 25 years of experience in IT project
management, strategy, planning and operations management, as the head of
technical departments within companies such as Bell Canada, CGI,
Bombardier Aerospace, and lately, Bombardier Recreational Products.

His expertise, which ranges from IT infrastructure management for
large-scale eCommerce solutions and programs to DBA, CRM and ERP
integration and call centre modernization projects, will be essential to
the development of Nurun's global service offerings.

In January 2005 Nurun also welcomed Monique Brosseau to its senior
management team, as Vice-President - Client Relations Canada. Her
mandate is to create stronger, more strategic relationships - from
information technology to eMarketing services - with Nurun's Canadian
clients, while rationalizing and streamlining processes for managing
those relationships. Monique Brosseau has close to 20 years of
experience in marketing management, communications and business
development in well-known companies such as Raymond Chabot International
Inc., L'Oreal Canada and Publicis Canada. She brings to Nurun recognized
expertise in creative strategy and in managing large-scale marketing and
advertising programs.

"I am pleased to announce that such experienced professionals as Monique
Brosseau and Tho Hoang have joined Nurun," states Jacques-Herve Roubert,
President and Chief Executive Officer of Nurun Inc. "This enhanced
organization will enable us to be even more responsive to client
expectations by providing them with a wider range of high-value
consultancies and services, while confirming our accelerated business
development in North America and optimizing our operations management."

Sylvain Patry, who acts as Vice President - IT Business Development,
will focus his attention on developing Nurun's service offerings to
Quebecor and its clients. He will work closely with Michael Koziol, who
is in charge of Nurun's interactive marketing services.
Michael Koziol, who joined Nurun in April 2004 following the acquisition
of his company, Ant Farm Interactive, will continue to act as Vice
President responsible for business development in the areas of
eMarketing and eCRM.

Nurun's relationship with Quebecor has opened doors and led to a
contract to implement an automated publishing system (APS) for the
parent company and the Canadian subsidiary of one of the largest
electronics distributors in North America. It has also led to an online
marketing contract for the Canadian subsidiary of a world leader in home
renovation supplies.

"This initial series of successes in North America is most gratifying,
"remarked Jacques-Herve Roubert. "Considering both companies'
complementary lines of business and global reach, synergies with
Quebecor World promise to be a major growth driver for Nurun in the
years to come."
