NuState Energy Holdings Enhances Fuel Efficiency Application

BOCA RATON, FL--(Marketwire - January 29, 2008) - NuState Energy Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB: NSEH) has introduced several robust enhancements to My Driver Seat, its proprietary fuel efficiency application targeted at fuel-intensive industries. To date, Driver Seat's functionality was limited to providing real-time information, such as vehicle locations, speeds, idling times and out-of-route notifications, used to validate the performance of products designed to improve fuel efficiency or reduce harmful gas emissions as well as to modify certain inefficient driving habits that wasted fuel. In addition to these valuable capabilities, Driver Seat now adds the following features:

Interactive Communication

2-Way Communication -- Increase productivity by communicating
information related to driver status, work orders, directions,
     shipment information and much more.

1-Way Communication -- Send text messages or directions to cell phones
for quick communication to drivers outside of their vehicle.

Fuel Tax Reporting

Electronic Import of Fuel Transactions -- Eliminates the need for data
entry since fuel transactions are captured electronically from fuel
     cards and transaction clearing houses.

State Mileage Reporting -- Provides automatic logging of state
crossings and number of miles driven.

Engine Diagnostics

ECM Fault Codes -- Monitor engine status and receive alerts with
engine fault codes to pinpoint problems before they escalate.
